By placing an order or booking a service, you agree to the policies outlined below.


GENERAL BRAND INTEGRITY POLICY

Muse74 products are luxury, raw hair extensions and professional-grade offerings. Due to the customized, hygienic, and high-value nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service

  • Cancel orders

  • Deny refunds if policies are violated

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse policies will result in account restriction or permanent ban.


PRODUCT INFORMATION & VARIATION POLICY

All Muse74 hair extensions are raw and minimally processed.

Please note:

  • No two bundles are exactly the same

  • Slight variations in texture, wave pattern, curl pattern, or tone are natural and expected

  • Texture variation is not considered a defect

  • Product photos are for reference only and may vary due to lighting or styling


ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders are processed within 48 business hourr

  • Orders ship AFTER processing and will take 3-7 Business days for delivery

  • Processing time does not include shipping time

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships

Once an order has shipped, Muse74 is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error will not be replaced or refunded.


SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION & DELIVERY

  • Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders

  • Once tracking shows “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the customer

For lost or stolen packages:

  • Claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier


REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to hygiene and quality control standards:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on:

  • Hair extensions

  • Wigs

  • Custom products

  • Digital products

  • Educational services or classes

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

  • The wrong item was shipped by Muse74

  • The product arrives severely damaged or defective

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Clear photos

  • Original packaging

  • Unaltered product (not installed, washed, cut, or colored)

Failure to meet these requirements voids eligibility.


INSTALLATION, COLORING & ALTERATION POLICY

Muse74 is not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Improper installation

  • Heat damage

  • Chemical processing

  • Coloring or toning errors

Once hair has been:

  • Installed

  • Altered

  • Cut

  • Colored

…it is no longer eligible for review.

We strongly recommend:

  • Professional installation

  • Strand testing before coloring or toning

  • Following proper care instructions


CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

  • All inquiries must be submitted via the official contact method listed on our website

  • Please allow 24–72 business hours for a response

The following may result in delayed responses or refusal of service:

  • Duplicate messages

  • Harassment

  • Abusive language

We are committed to respectful, professional communication on both sides.


CHARGEBACK & FRAUD POLICY

Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed using:

  • Proof of delivery

  • Order confirmation

  • Communication records

Customers who file unjustified chargebacks will be:

  • Permanently banned

  • Reported to payment processors


EDUCATION, TRAINING & MUSEPRO POLICIES

All educational content, classes, and methods under The Muse Method and MusePro are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable

  • Protected intellectual property

Unauthorized Use

Recording, reproducing, reselling, or sharing proprietary content is strictly prohibited. Legal action may be taken for violations.


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & BRAND PROTECTION

All content, names, systems, and materials related to:

  • MusePro

…are legally protected.

Unauthorized use of:

  • Brand names

  • Product descriptions

  • Educational material

  • Images or methods
